"To enjoy the total pleasure of wine you have to be serious without taking things too seriously".- winemaker quote and wine club motto

January
Go-to & value wines. Bring a wine that is either:

  • Undervalued in your opinion of 25% or more. This would be a wine that you’ve had and would pay more than it costs. (ie $15, but you think it’s comparable to $25+ wines in the same region) Any price is fine, but the higher in cost the more is should be “undervalued”.
  • $10 or under that you’ve never had, but it was recommended by a wine shop employee, wine mag, etc.
